Recommend us to someone who subsequently books us to make their stationery and you will receive a free mystery gift.
Data Protection.
First Impression will not share any information you give with a third party.
Alterations.
The client agrees to notify First Impression immediately of any changes to the order. Changes should be confirmed in writing. First Impression will endeavour to make changes free of charge if production is not in process.
Ordering Times.
Please allow approximately 8 weeks for completion of your order from the time First Impression receive the proofs signed by the client. First Impression will advise the client on an estimated delivery date but cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by situations beyond our control. First Impression will notify the client immediately of any changes to the estimated delivery date.
Our Products.
The client should be aware that our products and packaging are not suitable for children.
As all wedding stationery items are hand made and not mass produced the client accepts that there may be slight variations between items. However, First Impression endeavours to keep any variation to a minimum.
First Impression has made every attempt to represent our products as accurately as possible and any images we publish are for illustrative purposes only. Colour reproduction is as accurate as possible via the various mediums. The client can be certain that the proof is an accurate representation of the final product.
Delivery.
Delivery is usually by Royal Mail Special Delivery. First Impression reserves the right to use other carriers. Whilst every care is taken to pack the order First Impression cannot be held liable for loss or damage in transit. A set charge of £7.50p applies per delivery.
Proofs.
While First Impression takes every care in producing your proofs it is the responsibility of the client to proof read any text prior to printing. Proofs must be signed, dated and returned to First Impression. Once the proofs have been signed off any further alterations may incur an additional charge.
Cancellations.
The client agrees to notify First Impression in writing of any cancellation. First Impression will invoice the client for any costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.
Any cancellation made by the client less than 6 weeks prior to the wedding will be liable for the full outstanding balance.
Allowances will be made for postponement of the wedding and First Impression will try to carry over the order for the new date. Once again the client agrees to notify First Impression in writing. There may be a charge for additional work incurred.
Copyright.
The client is responsible for obtaining permission for printed reproduction of any material, artwork, poems, hymns, songs etc, that is requested by the client. The client indemnifies First Impression against any action bought against it for breach of third parties copyright.
Payment.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required from the client before First Impression begin to make the clients order. First Impression will invoice the client for the remaining balance shortly before the final part of the order is dispatched. No part of the order will be dispatched until payment has been received and any cheques have cleared. Cheques should be made payable to H.Bateman.
Payment of the deposit is understood to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Miscellaneous.
First Impression will endeavour to supply the client as agreed but cannot be held liable for situations beyond its control, for example, discontinued materials and postal disputes.
