- We will send you a quotation of your order, your proofs, an invoice and our terms & conditions.
- Check and sign the proofs and terms & conditions, send these with your payment and we will process your order.
In detail.
Please complete the order form on our site, if you wish to discuss anything please do not hesitate to contact us. Upon receipt of your order form we will forward you a quotation of the proposed order. We will also include 2 fully personalised proofs, 2 copies of our terms and conditions and an invoice for the 50% non-refundable deposit.
Please check the proofs carefully ensuring that spelling, dates, times etc are correct. Please note, this is your responsibility and we cannot be held responsible for any mistakes noticed after the proofs have been approved.
When returning the proof, please supply us with a copy of any names to be printed on your invitations. This should be a typed list to avoid errors. Names should be typed as you wish them to appear on your stationery. If it is more convenient this can be sent via email.
When you are happy please sign and date one copy of the proofs and terms and conditions. Please send these along with your 50% deposit.
If you are ordering “order of service”, do not worry if your wording is not finalised until nearer the date. We can hold onto any part of your order until you send us final details for printing. Please ensure you gain copyright for any hymns or readings you are including on your order of service. Please allow at least 8 weeks to ensure delivery.
