We pride ourselves on our personal service and offer a home visit service to our local clients wherever possible for design consultations. Please contact us for an appointment.
Bespoke service.
If you have a design in mind that is not in our current range we are happy to offer a personal design service at a cost of £10.00. However this is refunded against any order subsequently placed with us. Please contact us for further information.
Large print.
We are proud to offer a large print service for guests that may have special requirements. As far as we are aware no-one else offers this service. Please contact us for information.
Quantities.
Unlike some companies who specify orders must be in multiples of 10, at First Impression there is no minimum or maximum. Just order the number you require. If you should require additional items after we have made your order contact us with your requirements.
Card Swatches.
If you would like to view the cardstock that we use in ranges please contact us with the colour(s) you wish to view and we will be happy to send them out free of charge.
Colour match service.
If you would like the colour of your stationery to match your theme send us a sample and we will endeavour to match it for you. If we can source the cardstock we will send you a sample for your approval along with a pricelist.
Envelopes.
Are included with invitations and thank you cards and are available in cream or white. Gold, silver or pearlescent envelopes are available in most sizes at an additional cost of 12p each.
Quality Control.
Please remember that each card is hand made and there may be slight variations between them. This can add to the charm of your stationery, however we do endeavour to keep this to a minimum and cards are made to a high standard of quality.
Production Times.
Orders are usually made in about 8 weeks however this can vary depending on the individual design. We will advise you of an estimated delivery date; however should this be affected by situations beyond our control we will inform you immediately.
Delivery.
All orders will be sent by special delivery. A set charge of £7.50 will apply per delivery.
Cancellations.
Sadly this does occur. Costs will be invoiced to the minimum production costs incurred to the date of cancellation. Allowances will be made for postponements.
Payment.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before we make your order, the balance being due prior to delivery of the completed order. No order will be dispatched until full payment has been received and any cheques have cleared. Please make cheques payable to H.Bateman.
